Can anyone tell me if I can plain grilled meat or seafood without salt in the restaurants at CN or CSA?
I was just at CSA and to be honest they really didnt have anything plain. It was always in a sauce and such for us. You can ask I am sure for them to make it plain. The restaurants at CSA have a menu you can pick from but like I said it always had a sauce on it. The seafood there were great and was plain in the sense of meaning fried or grilled.
The chefs at all of Couples' resorts are wonderful and if your diet requires something prepared a bit differently than what the menu states, it is no problem! Just let your server know what you need/want and the staff will do anything possible to make it happen. Who knows...you may even get a personal visit from the chef to ensure he gets it right!
