Hi Ava,
Go to the bottom of any page on this site, click on Romance Rewards, and when you get to that page look at the left side under the photo and you will see "pre-checkin" listed, and just click and you will be sent to the page to pick your RR gift and make your minibar selections.

On the bottom left of this page, click on Romance Rewards and on that page look to the picture of the couple on the left and and under the picture is the link for Pre check in:

I hope Couples changes that. Everyone has problems finding the pre-checkin.
