    Hello everyone! Where exactly do you do a pre check in? I've been on my Romance Rewards page, but I can't see anywhere that I can check in. Is there a certain time frame that it opens up before the date of arrival? We don't go until October, so it may be just too early. Thanks for any info you can give me.

    Once you're on the Romance Rewards page, it should show as an option on the left hand side menu. Just click and you're on your way!

    Romance Rewards

    Also, pre check-in has nothing to do with actually checking into the resort or your room. It's only for Romance Rewards members to select their repeater gifts and mini bar items.
