How do we make arrangements to have a couples dinner at CSA? Do we contact customer relations or the romance concierge prior to the trip or do we have to wait until we get there?

You can contact the romance concierge prior to arrival or wait until you get there to book. We like to wait to book anything so we can see the weekly/daily resort schedule first. However if you want it to be a surprise, if email them ahead of time.

We made our dinner reservation through the romance concierge prior to arriving at the resort. They still ask us to check in with the customer relation person when we arrive. I would suggest you make you reservation prior to arriving if you want a special place, special time or etc. Also. the romance concierge will send you the menu options in advance. This way you will know if there is anything on the menu you cant eat.
