Question about upgrading

We booked an atrium suite at CSA. Can anyone tell us if when we get to the resort and there is a room that we want to upgrade to, will we be able to pay the difference at check in? Thanks for your help.

Upgrades both free and extra cost are always on a space available basis. We always book the category we really want to be safe

I think that is the policy. It will depend on how busy and full CSA is at the time of your arrival whether or not an upgrade room is available. If not, I'm sure you will be very happy with the atrium room. They are really great rooms and preferred by many repeat guests that have come to love them. Don't sweat it.

Thanks for the info! This is the first time booking 10 nights and the thought of no TV at least to watch Today when I get up is scary. I am sure it will be fine if there are no other rooms to upgrade to.
