Does the $500 credit only apply if you book directly through the couples website, or phone? If you book through a travel agent, or on another website will it still apply? Thanks

Our TA made sure the $500 was added to our reservation and she got confirmation from Couples as well.

Is the $500. credit for 2010 different then the credit for 2011? I thought the 2010 credit is broken down as $350. SPA credit and $150. gift shop credit and the 2011 credit is a resort credit and applies to anything charged to your room such as private dinners, SPA treatments and gift shop charges. Can someone please clarify?

My guess is that unless it has already been offered it probably will not be.

I don't know when it ended, but we recieved it on a December 2010 CSA booking last June.

The 2010 Resort Credit promotion requirement was to book by June 30, 2009. For 2011, the current booking window is until April 15, 2010.

I am sad that the current promotion for 2011 has to be booked by April 15. We are going to CTI 4/23-28 and won't be back in the States until 5/2. I just can't see booking 2011 before knowing if we love CTI or want to try another Couples resort in 2011.
