We are leaving Saturday for CN and just received our confirmation. I do not see any mention of our $500 resort credit. How do they know we receive it?

There is a code associated with your reservation that lets Couples know what you booked and the credits that apply. In our case, for our type and time of our booking the code is "G11a". It appears on our confirmation in the "Your Hotel Stay Information" section. You can review your CN reservation at this link (Click on "Check Itinerary" at the bottom-center of the page.

If you are a Romance Rewards member you should also provide Couples with information via the precheck-in online page. This will alert them of your arrival time and repeaters' status if applicable.
