All the food at Couples Negril was amazing! I'm wondering if recipes are ever shared? In particular, I would love the recipe for the red velvet cake balls. I believe they were soaked in rum and coated in coconut. MMMMMMMM!

CN Executive Chef Misja Ruijis has provided recipes for us in the past when we asked. So for red velvet cake balls you could ask him. Bad news is you have to go back. Good news is ...![]()
When we were there in Dec. they had a meringue dipped in chocolate which was amazing. When I told Chef Misja how amazing there were he not only gave me the receipe but explained how to make them. Maybe Randymon can get you the receipe or put it in the Couples Newsletter as they have receipes in there,I know I would love to try making it too. If you want to wait till Dec I can ask for you.
