Redeeming Fall in Love offer..no voucher?

Hello!

My hubby and I were fortunate enough to have qualified for the "Fall in Love" offer for our trip in April. It is a $500 credit for the resort. My travel agent states it is restricted to $350 at the spa and $150 at the gift shop. Is this accurate? Or can we use the $500 anywhere at the resort (private dinner, excursion, etc)

Also, we have not received any type of voucher or "coupon" for this. Will this be an issue when we arrive?

This shouldn't be an issue when you arrive - just make sure to have confirmation from your TA that you booked under the special, just in case. At check-in, they will give you your vouchers. Your TA is also correct in that for the 2010 $500 bonues, it's split between the spa and gift shop.

Yes as stated, the 2010 bonus is split. The bonus for 2011 is not, it is to spend as you like at the resort.
