Reggae on High a success

We had our 2nd annual "Reggae on High" (as we live on High street) party last night to close out the summer and recruit our friends to join us at CN Negril in March 2013. We made jerk chicken and rum punch off of the Couples website and played some great reggae in the background. We have so much left over jerk chicken though. Any suggestions for using the left over chicken is greatly apprciated:-). March 2013 come soon please!!

Whenever we have leftover jerk ckicken, we usually use it for jerk chicken pizza, jerk chicken salad (like a chicken caesar), or made Rasta Pasta with the chicken cut into strips added in. Hope these ideas help!
