Resort rate discounts

We are looking to return to CSA in September for our one year anniversary. I know right now for September 2011 depending on the room type you choose it is up to 51% off the regular rate, great deal. Currently it is valid through January 14th. Any clue if it will be extended again with the same % off. I have been watching the rates and previously the special was through November and then was extended to January. We would book now but I am hoping to also capitalize on an additional perk offered on Wednesdays. Either way I am beyond excited to return!

We booked for September 2011 in April 2010. Our room rate was $299 per night and we got the $500 resort credit. We r going to CTI but, I think earlier this year was the lowest rate. Now it gradually goes up month after month. I say if u want to go book now or asap to get the best rate. There's no guarantee that it will go down again.
