Restaurant Reservations?

We are going to Sans Souci for 2 weeks in Dec. Are we able to make reservations at the restaurants for the full time we are there as soon as we arrive - or is this something you do each morning?

Or can you do it on line before you even arrive?

I am not sure about CSS. However, at CSA and CN you can make reservations for the next two nights. We would just go down to the desk everyother day.
