sherrynchuck, you make some great points. I was reading these and kinda laughing to myself for the same reasons you point out.
We too have stayed at another resort on Jamaica and got nothing on return trips. We then found our "home" in '04 when we went to CN for the first time. It's been Couples for us ever since.
We went for the t-shirts a few years back. We each got a large. I'm 6'4 240 pounds and my wife is 5'6 and 120 pounds. Not exactly our sizes. I politely asked if they had a medium for my wife and a small tent for me. I was politely told that those were the only sizes they had but we could check back in a day or two. Needless to say, we didn't think it was that big of a deal and we just went off and enjoyed our week in paradise.
Now we just request the candles & oil and use the generous resort credit in the Couples gift shop to purchase "Couples" items in our size. Problem solved. You're still getting a free perk thanks to Couples.
