We will arrive at CN on June 26th and this will be our third trip there. I have signed up for Romance Rewards (did that the first trip) but I read somewhere that the points clear after 2 years? We just want to upgrade our room. Do we do that when we arrive?
We are so looking forward to our trip and if anyone has suggestions, we welcome them!

One of the things that has not been retained from the original program is the room upgrade. Its really never been "available", at least at SweptAway (remember the disclaimer.... "subject to availability"). The place just never seemed to have an upgrade available. Thus, the upgrade is not part of the program any longer.

I suspect from your post that you aren't familiar with the revised program. Review the Romance Rewards Program to see what parts of it are available to you... its not what it was... its more of a scaled point system now. Please don't be disappointed, though... Couples' quality and service are as top-shelf as ever.
