Rewards/Contacting resort

It was brought up in the past about contacting the resort ahead of time and letting the know your reward level and T shirt size or if you wanted Champaine instead. Trying to find away to do that on the new web site. I went to the reward page but there is nothing there that I saw. Do I call the 800 number? 19 days to go.
