    Default Rewards Points Help - Randymon

    I recently checked my Romance Rewards points, and I don't see credit for the trip my wife and I took to CSS in June 2009. It says the last activity was in 2008. I've sent two emails via the contact link in the Romance Rewards section, but I haven't received a response. Any help would be appreciated.

    I had the same problem with the email and the phone until I was able to get a hold of Seandymon. He took care of it with no problem. Thank you Seandymon!!! You the man.
