Has anyone had any luck contacting the Romance Concierge from the "Contact Us" page?

I have - I got a reply but it took about a week. I've now had to ask another question....4 days and counting!!!
I guess you just don't have to be in a rush!

I've always received a response. It may take a couple of days, but I always heard back. I received an email from Margaret with Guest Services for our July trip to CSS.

I tried to use the Romance Concierge from the "Contact Us" page years ago when we first went to CSA. I was trying to sign-up for a romantic dinner on the beach and a few other things. I never received a response. However, when we arrived and went to the conceirge desk to make reservations for Feathers, they had all of my requests and were working on the same. Not sure if that helps; but that was our experience.

We didnt. Wanted to buy one of the romance packages that includes flowers in your room when you arrive, after a few trys I gave up. Not a big deal but it would of been nice, maybe next time. 306 days

We did earlier this year. Sent it on Monday, received reply on Wednesday.

Yup, I got an email from Sharie yesterday. I just need a little more patience. I’ve worked with her before and she is great!!! I can’t wait until she calls me back, hopefully today.

Well, she still hasn't called! She emailed me to ask the phone number and best time to call...and that's the last I've heard from her. I have emailed her several times with no reply!
