Do you get an actual card in the mail or is it just an ID number associated with your name?

Also, I see that the 'Young Love' category is 3-13 nights stayed. We are going for our first Couples vacation in April. If we are already signed up for the rewards program ahead of time, do we get the rewards perks on your first trip (his/her massage, tee shirts, etc)? Or- do you need to wait for your 2nd trip? Thanks!

Your romance rewards benefits begin after your first stay with us. The only benefit you have on your first trip is the ability to use "Trading Places", our complimentary day pass program for visiting one of our nearby sister properties.
