    Default Romance Rewards do not forget

    My wife and I have been to CSS 2 times in past few years and returning for our 3rd. The first 2 we forgot to remind staff at check in about being part of Romance Rewards. Do not forget at checkin.

    We recently realized that our days weren't applied from our 2010 trip, one phone call corrected the problem

    When I booked for this year a few weeks ago I noticed we hadn't been credited with lst years stay. A quick email and it was fixed in 2 days.

    Default Pre-Checkin

    Just do the Pre-Checkin on this site like it suggests, and not only will you not have this problem, but your Rewards Package Goodies you choose will be waithing for you at Checkin.
