Romance Rewards Issue

We are returning to CSA in February 2011, after getting married there in February 2007. Since this will be our second visit we decided to sign up for Romance Rewards. I registered and everything seemed to be fine, but I can't log back in because it says my password is incorrect.

This happened a few weeks ago, and I have tried the "recover password" option a few times, but I never receive the email even though it claims to be sent. I have also filled this form out twice, but no one has gotten back to me.
