Romance Rewards Question???

I signed up for the Romance rewards program and just checked it today becuase I want to book a week at CTI. We stayed 7 days at CSA and 3 days at CN in October. When we were there, there was some problem with our account so it didnt register.

Is there any way I can caught those days? We also stayed 12/09 4 nights at CN, is that to far back??

Any experiance with this??
