Romance Rewards Question..forgot to turn in our Resort Credit

Has anyone forgotten to turn in their Repeat Guest Resort Credit? We actually had it with us at check out but because we had gotten married we had a lot of charges and in verifying all charges we forgot all about the voucher for $100. No one asked us if we had any credits to use. We stayed 10dys and just returned last week. I have sent 3 different emails all to different email addresses and gotten no response. I don't know if we can send it in now or if we are able to keep it for a return trip.
