In Room Hors d' oeuvres

My husband and I will be staying at CN this December (175 days away) and are staying in the Beachfront Suites! I have read that you can have in room hors d' oeuvres before dinner at night?

Can anyone tell us how this works? Do you have to request them the night before or that same day? Do you get to choose what kind you want? Can you do just the hors d' oeuvres and not the dinner in your room?

Any ideas on how this works would be helpful!

We'll be at CN the 1st week of Dec. We stayed in the beachfront suite on our last trip for our 10 year anniv. The room was amazing. Our friends went with so everynight since we had the largest room we would meet before dinner and have a drink and eat the hors d' oeuvres. It was chef's choice basically, I think if you are allergic to something you could send a request not to get that food, but for the most part they were simple plates. Very good though.
