Room Upgrade Upon Arrival CTI

Hi there. I will be booking my trip in the next few days for CTI (end of October) and since I have only a month to come up with the rest of the money to pay it off by the 45 days advance, I can only reserve a less expensive room at this time. What I was wondering is upon arrival, can I upgrade to a nicer room if one is available and if so, do I pay the difference? I stayed here right before the renovation took place. Can't wait to go back and check it out!

Free upgrades are given to Passionate Level Rewards members IF they are available. So if you want an upgrade, you will need to pay for it.
