can you change rooms once you are there if they have availability and are not completely booked?

Yes you can, you just need to see the front desk. The new room will be most likely in the same class as you booked.

We've never had to...but the first time we went to CSS they told us we could ask for a different room if the one we had was not to our liking. The staff at these Couples resorts do work to make sure you have a great stay.

Yes, but you'll have to pay is there is a price difference.

Can't hurt to ask when you get there! Last year we were able to upgrade so yes it's possible if they have the availability.
