Rum Drinks

Hey all we are gearing up for our trip down to couples in July. Thinking about doing alittle rum tasting before we come down though. Looking for drink mixes or just recipes for great rum drinks. So anyone knowing any we would love to hear them so we can try them out! thanks alot.

Try going to www.appletonestate.com... lots of good, yummy rum drink recipes, but not necessarily what you will find at Couples. Most of the concoctions served on-resort are local in origin, or improvements on originals.

The SHIZZLE
2 parts coconut rum
2 parts pineapple rum
1 part vanilla vodka
1 part pineapple juice
splash of grenadine

Yummy...tastes just like Jamaica.
