The closest and easiest receipe we have found is Dole pinapple, orange, strawberry juice (it comes in a carton in the refrigerator section of the store) mixed with your favorite rum. Ours is Meyers Dark Rum. First sip takes you right back to the island.
Hey, Thanks for the replies, I tried the Sans Souci one and it came out pretty close, I had to tweak a little hear and there, but I think we got it!!!
One of the keys that I have found is that to get that familiar flavor you need to use Appleton Rum. It has it's own specific flavor and that is what they use at the resorts.

The way to remember how to make it is this:
1 part sour (fresh squeezed lime juice)
2 parts sweet (simple syrup/grenadine mixed)
3 parts strong (rum. I use 1 part Appleton and 1 part Myers's dark rum)
4 parts weak (equal parts OJ and Pineapple juice)
FYI - simple syrup is just equal parts sugar and water heated until the sugar is melted. Let cool before using the the rum punch. I also put a little grenadine with it to give it the color it needs, but I find the flavor of grenadine is too over powering on it's own.
Enjoy!
