Hey Karen,
I googled this place and it looks amazing. A real small business start up success. According to reports, Sans Souci translates into " worry free"!!! A perfect description of our beloved CSS!!!
Belville is about 3 hours away but the better half and I would be up for a trip for lunch.... we still have 3 months left before we get to experience the real deal.

This must bring fond memories for you.
Last year, Karin and I took the kids to Germany and we went to the Sans Souci castle near Potsdam. And in the summer, we went to the other Sans Souci, without the kids of course.
Covering 2 Sans Soucis in a year is quite a feat.
