So is there any crab or lobster anywhere besides Friday? If not this Nebraskan is S A D!

Lobster night starts in July

I was there less than two weeks ago and every restaurant served lobster on Friday night. There were fish cakes at the 8 Rivers restaurant and it tasted like there was crab in it.

So lobster is only on Friday? How is it usually prepared?
How about other seafood such as shrimp? calamari?
