You are right, I am sure TI will be great . I guess I was just really looking forward to going to a resort on a beach like negril. And I guess I got a little disppointed by the fact that we're not getting an ocean view..

But everything happens for a reason. Still really looking forward to our trip. See you on the 22nd

We are doing Secret Rendezvous 3/25 to 41 and are supposed to find out our resort tommorow!

As I thought we got assigned to TI. I must say I am a little disappointed, I was really hoping to go to Negril, even though the chances were very small.

I know we are getting a great deal, so no complaints.

It will be my first time to Jamaica, can't wait to see what it's like.

I remember feeling exactly as you describe on our first SR, our first trip to Jamaica, when we were assigned to TI, and we loved it so much that we have gone back every year. We thought it would be fun to roll the dice again and take advantage of the saving and went for SR again this year and are a little disappointed that we won't see TI and a little excited to see the Negril side of the island, but know this...

The staff will do everything in their power make your visit special. We got CSA this year, but CTI is it's own special thing too.

j17, cti is amazing!!! I love csa and negril, but just got back from cti and I think it stole my heart. be sure to visit the island. one of the best things in this world!

Updating live from the internet lounge at CTI :-) We're in a garden view room in block 3. It's very nice. There are pros and cons to all rooms.

We loved our ocean view on the side of the resort in block 5 last year. The balcony was more private and it was quieter. The room was a little bigger, and there was more storage space (the dressers have been turned into the mini bars? Maybe not in all rooms.)

This year our room faces the gardens, block 3. We're close enough that I heard the parrots squalking about something yesterday afternoon LOUD AND CLEAR, but luckily they sleep thorough the night. Our bathroom has a window, which means it gets more ventilation, which is nice.

Just received notice that my fiancee and I were assigned to a Great House suite at CSA I'm thinking that we might get bumped if more full paying guests reserve rooms for our dates, but I surely hope that's not the case and that we are set for the Great House. I am still giddy from hearing the news today!! Hope everyone enjoys their vacations!!

well, I just called...I promised myself I wouldn't be upset today but can't help but be a little deflated...we got CTI. I had just hoped to try one of the other resorts. Oh well...the food was awesome last year...we liked the veggie bar...

ok, have to edit this post because that was not all of it! We liked our room, the water bottles/filling stations all over the resort, the secluded beach so no other resort guests walking by.

Now on to packing!!
