My husband and I are planning our fourth trip to Couples. We did Secret Rendezvous a few years ago (on our first trip to Couples) through a travel agent and had no problem getting the dates in March we requested. We actually bought our flight before our trip was booked as we were going with friends who had used Secret Rendezvous in the past with no issue. This year, we decided to use secret rendezvous again as we are trying to be a little more budget conscious. We let our travel agent know when we wanted to go and our plan and she gave no indication that there would be a problem. We booked our flight and I was looking tonight just to see what the rates would be for March if we booked now and it looks like every resort is at least partially booked for our dates! I am freaking out just a little that we won't be able to get a room at Couples that coincides with our flights. We have never stayed at a Couples fully booked in either March or May so we are a little confused. Has anyone had experience with this? Does Couples hold a certain number of rooms until secret rendezvous is released each month? I have emailed our travel agent and asked her if I am freaking out for no reason and if Couples isn't available what our options are as our flight is booked and we will be on a beach in Jamaica in March, but we would prefer to be at Couples!
