We had over 14" of snow in north central WI last weekend. It was -23 yesterday morning and -17 this morning. Hoping to book a return trip to CN in April.

DougRenee, We had the same here in central WI. My problem is we just got back from CSS and have another year before we go again. We got delayed in Atlanta on Saturday due to the storm and MSP closing the airport. I WANT TO BE BACK AT CSS NOW!

At least another foot last night. Syracuse at nearly 70 inches for December. Much warmer today, or so it seems. In the high 20s. On a very encouraging note for me, walking "on" the snow burns almost three times the calories as walking on pavement. As a friend in Iowa suggested, "pretend it is sand." I actually trudge through it so hopefully burn even more. CN 36 days!

Just a twist on the problem, here on Cape Breton Island we had 178mm of rain yesterday. That is the equivalent of about 7 inches. Lots of roads and bridges washed out.

I am in Corning NY and if you add up all the snow we have gotten since it got cold it might make 3 inches. I feel for you people in the Cuse area I lived there once. I am originally from near Rochester right in the snow belt like you guys. It is funny to hear my friends and family from Rochester and Syracuse talk about how much snow they have when we have just enough to say there is snow on the ground.

Looks like the East Coast can start weighing in. No snow here in a while but still cold. Less than a month to CN!

The snow came down at the Jersey Shore pretty heavily yesterday.. Totals look to be about 2 ft, with 5-6' drifts... Missing Jamaica

Blizzard in coastal Maine right now. So far 9" on ground and several hours to go. I logged on to Couples to get warm. Looking forward to our 5th trip to CSA in April.

I'm glad I'm not in Syracuse!! We wound up with about 18-24 inches. It's kind of hard to tell with the wind making snowdrifts more than four feet high. And right next to that there is bare ground. Go figure. I sure hope that Syl is enjoying the sun in Florida.

Here at the beautiful Jersey Shore we got a total 0f 30 inches!!!! Could not get out my front or back door this morning, and here I sit at 1pm and the road has still not been plowed.
We have drifts that are 6 feet tall in places and still have not seen my car. Thank goodness only 84 more days till spring.
