Has anyone had waxing done at the spa (leg, underarm, bikini)? What method do they use? Would you have it done again?

Haven't had it done there but why not get it done at home before you go. It's not advised to go in the sun the same or next day.

dandj is correct. You don't want to go in the sun, pool, or ocean the day of or day after a waxing. Do it a few days before you leave for vacation.

Only for the girls I saw at the nail salon here at home, I advised against getting eyebrow waxes the day of the prom--they had never been waxed before. I told them, they could end up with red patches and then what would they do if they had an allergic reaction. They got their nails done and left. Nail people probably weren't happy with me, oh well.
