SPA & Trading Spaces

I am getting married in Jamaica, but not at CTI which is where I am staying. My parents are staying at CSS and I told them to sign up for the Romance Rewards, which they did. However, they signed up late and will not have their card before they leave. Can they still do the trading places thing if they haven't received their card yet? It's really important to me that my mom be able to get ready with me before my wedding.

I know the other option is to pay for a half-day pass, but $100 seems a little steep to me. If she can't do the trading places, will they she still have to pay the entire $100 even though she is staying at CSS?

My other question is this: if everything works out and she is able to come to CTI, is she able to go to the spa with me or is it for CTI guests only? I'd really like for us to be able to get our hair done together.

Hi amymarieky,

Trading Places is available as long as your parents have a valid Romance Rewards number. That being said, spa services are only available to those guest staying at the resort.

Randy - thank you for your quick response. I just read this on the FAQ's though (guess I should have checked there first):

6. Activities at the nearby resort which require reservations such as excursions and scuba are not part of the day pass privilege. Spa facilities may be utilized subject to availability; however no coupons or credits from your resort may be used at the nearby resort.
So is that not accurate? Or is it just very unlikely that there would be spa openings?

You may make it work if you book it for two and you pay for it.
