Staff Shout Outs

My Husband and I were just married at CTI on Oct 31st 2012. It was the most amazing time of our lives! We brought 20 other people down. After researching for a year it more than paid off. We understand the high return rate! We want to thank so many staff members for making our week spectacular and giving us the wedding of our dreams.

From the front desk, Byron, Andrea (GTK, which I constantly called JT) Andrea even came in early the day of our wedding to be part of it. Latoya, wedding coordinator. Thank you for putting on such a special day for us! It was definitely over the top. You have such a wonderful way of helping brides! I was extremely comfortable in your care.

Latoya at the spa. I had so many people to bring in for hair and nails, she made sure everyone was accommodated. Tracie did most of my services. She made me look like a princess! From hair, to makeup, to nails, and even a massage.

Antoinette was a server who helped our group often. Terry a bar tender who made fantastic drinks every time and was entertaining. Sean from the pool bar and grill. Katie the events planner, what a sweet and fun person to hang out with. Danielle a night manager who was always attentive to everyone's needs.

I am sure I am missing some names somewhere along the line. We will most definitely be returning in the fall for our 1 year anniversary. We cannot wait. Thank you for an amazing start to our new life together. We will never forget the staff and cannot show enough gratitude. Thank you for the hospitality!

My husband Chris and I just got back from CSA. The staff that we remember best are

Ultimate Chocolate and Teno at the Piano Bar - they really made our stay worth it! We went to the piano bar every night it was open and had the best time, and they were really nice and funny.
Ruchelle in drinks - she had such a sweet, happy spirit about her. She also has special drink recipes like the "Pink Ruchelle" and the "Blue Ruchelle" that she'll make for you, but won't give away the recipe. She also made us Bob Marley shots when I asked about them, even though they weren't on the menu.
Bartenders in Aura - don't remember all their names but they made great drinks, some of which weren't on the menu. The mint-chocolate drink is awesome.

Just returned from a fantastic week at CSS. This was our 1st trip to Jamaica and all our expectations were exceeded by the great accomadations and staff at CSS. Our 1st observation was how the grounds at CSS looked exactly like the pictures on their web site. Really beautiful and immacuately groomed. I could go on forever about the resort but its the staff that stands out .... especially (but not limited to) ....

Masell - Our mixologist at the Beach Bar. Thanks for making our 1st night in Jamaica a special event.
Kelmar & Craig - Our personal waiter and chef for our Sunset Dinner on the Au Natural beach. !st class service and the dinner was outstanding. You guy's are the best.
Veronique - Our bartender at the Ballon Bar. Thanks for all the advice.
Evol - Guest Services - Thanks for the advice and keeping us straight.
Keishen & Maurice - Our waiter and chef at Casanova - 1st class service and dinner.
Anthony - Beach bar bartender - We spent our last hour at the resort with Anthony. Thanks for the memory's.

Needless to say,,,,We had a great time at CSS. We have already decided we will return as soon as possible.....

I'd like to THank Karen Davis in customer relations. She has been so helpful with my questions about CSA and so very kind! THank you so much for answering all my questions and helping me!

Going 2 CSA for our 9th time dec 2012 Christmas & New Years.....that should say it all '9th' time....all staff are first class and cannot do enough to make sure we have had a fantastic stay every time.....there are son many to mention and to mention individuals would be so unfair as every one who is at CSA are BRILL.......

But just like to say the 'MEN IN SKIRTS' are coming v.soon................

CN shoutouts!

Kevin, the entertainment coordinator was amazing. We met him at the tie dye table and he joked around with us all week. we invited him to dinner with us on our last night.

Kenisha Dell, wedding coordinator. She was absolutely amazing!

Monique in the gift shop. She was so wonderful toward us and gave us a free gift on our last day. Two shot glasses! :)

Franklin. He welcomed us "home" with a cold towel and sparkling wine. He remembered all of our names and was so pleasant to work with.

Dexton at the front desk who changed our shuttle time. It sounds simple but he needed to make a few calls and was happy to help us out.

We will be going back next year to see all our friends!!

Back from CSS. The staff was amazing in all areas. Special thanks goes to Anthoy at the beach bar as will as Domonique. Anthoy, we hope Antonia had a wonderful Christmas. Just back from CSA, having again a wonderful time! Would like to thank ALL the Couples staff for their kind service they give every day, and with a smile!!! Special thanks to my morning omlette chef Mackiesha, our housekeeper Charlene who kept our room spotless, dispite all the sand we brought in daily from our beautiful beachfront suite!!! Then there are our bartenders, Denmar, Shaun and Winston who made our beach days VERY pleasant! A shout out to Ricardo at our Martinin bar where I've learned to LOVE chocolate banana martinis........not good! Last, but indeed NOT least, is our photographer who took wonderful pictures for us to add to our CD, Keithon, although all the photographers are wonderful!
Now counting the days untill our next trip, 358 to go!!!!
Thank you Couples for anouther wonderful, relaxing, roamantic vacation!!!

I would like to thank Gemma Bolt (UK Reservations) for all her help regarding our forthcoming return trip to CSA. She was most helpful in sorting an accomodation issue. So much more helpful than our Tour operator! Looking forward to our stay.

Just back to work today after another wonderful visit to CTI. Big shout out to Kirk, Byron & Everlad always so helpfull. Also very big shout out to the housekeeping staff who helped my wife on New Years Eve day as she got terribly ill and they really went above and beyond helping her. Also to the nurse at CTI gave her some meds to help relieve the sickness and help rehydrate her. Anniversary dinner on the Island was perfect and thanks to Kenard, the Chef and his assistant for making the dinner so romantic.To Alvin who pitched horseshoes with me one day. He needs a little practice but was a good time. LOL

Just returned from CSS, and had the most amazing time. We were married 1/7/13 , and wedding cord. Karla did an amazing job. The stand out staff member of the week has to go to trainee Peter! From the moment he hit the beach he was ready for us drinks in hand. Always served with a laugh, smile, & dance. Thanks Peter, for making our week!

Tamara in Housekeeping at CTI is a gem! We visited 1/5-12, and really enjoyed getting to know Tamara. She recommended activities, replaced out coffee maker when it went on the fritz, and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant.

How can you select one favorite staff at Couples Tower Isle, there are so many people there who make your vacation special! Maxine, Katie, the scuba dudes...Collin, Chris and Dougie. Reniel in the Patio Restaurant, the ladies in the spa........
It takes many special people to make a magical vacation experience, but my feature is the first smile you see when you check in and the last hand you shake when you leave....no vacation is complete without the special welcome from Byron!

It was our first time at CN, Christmas and New Year 2012, and what a wonderful holiday, thanks to all the staff. I picked up from the message board before we went that the service was good, but I now know just how good! As many say there are so many staff who's name I didnt get, or the holiday brain forgot, but they are all great. I must mention Melody, who served us our first meal and made us feel so welcome and not newbies! Lyndon and Elkie at the Grill Bar, so different but wonderful people who are top rate at their jobs and also made each person feel special. Stacey in the buffet restaurant, as well as all the waitresses and waiters; great service at all times.
The entertainment team are all amazing! Kemur (I think that is how you spell it) and especially Shawna went out of their way to make us, and everyone, feel in the holiday mood, whether you wanted to join in or not they always had a word and a few minutes to spend with you.
Hope to see you all next time, as you have made it so we have to return.

I'm not sure if I'll get a reply since this is an older message...but I was recently married at CSA (loved every moment) and I am wondering what they told you about where to get spices and stuff. I'm thinking for our reception it would be neat favors!

We met Byron our first trip to CN...he was working there while they were sprucing up CTI. The next year when we went to CTI we get off the bus to hear...DEEEEEEETROIT!!!! He totally remembered us. All the staff is so amazing and personable that way, but Byron is for sure one our favs!!!

We just returned from CSS on January 21st and found all the staff members to be warm and welcoming. But I do have a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our vacation extra special. First, I'd like to thank Kishawn Beckford who helped me make a reseravation at the Casanova for our arrival date, which was my husband's birthday. Also I'd like to thank Albert who waited on our table that evening. He was friendly, service was prompt and of course the meal was excellent. After dinner, he and several aff members presented my husband with a chocolate fondue with Happy Birthday written on the plate.
Another person who made a huge impact on our stay, was Andre Simpson (sous chef at the Pallazina). On our first day at the resort, we were trying to find our way to the Cassanova when we bumped in to Andre. We just expected to get some directions, but Andre insisted on escorting us all the way there and introduced us to the Balloon Bar bartender, and also to the staff at the Casanova. We later took a cooking class he offered at the Pallazina where he showed us how to make Festival and Escovich fish. He made the class fun, was very informative and shared some wonderful stories about Jamaica, the resort and his family.
Shout out as well goes to Derrek who always made sure we were never thirsty on the beach and remembered what we liked to drink.
I'd like to thank Maize for doing a wonderful job keeping our room clean and tidy and to Carlton Pryce for his attentive service at the Pallazina. And last but not least, we'd like to thank the nurse on duty for helping my husband after he stepped on a sea urchin (ouch!)

Just returned from our first visit to CN. Previously have been 3 times to CSS. Whichever Couples resort we go too the staff are really what make Couples what it is. Every single member of staff that we encountered was friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our vacation, so could name them all. However will mention just a few, Nastasia in the Cassava Terrace who so reminded us of our granddaughter (looks, posture and walk all identical), Mesha at the AN beach bar for keeping us "watered", Nigel and Donna in the restaurants and lastly Operations Manager Wayne for being a great host at the repeaters dinner. Also to those we have not personally named a very big thank you to you all for making our vacation just perfect. You are the reason we want to return over and over again.

We just returned from CSS. (Jan.12-19) and I must say we had the best service ever. Pierre and staff did an out-standing job and the Anniversary Gala was amazing. We want to give a shout out to Dalton at the front desk who resolved an issue with our first room by finding us a new room D24 that was perfect! Also Toniann Hunter was a doll - we hope to see her on our next visit!
