this will be our third time to couples and i have never noticed before, does couple serve sushi? my wife is a recent convert and is interested to know if sushi is available.

At CSS they have sushi @ the Starlight Gala on Friday nights and @ CN on the International buffet.
While it is fresh and very tasty don't expect it to be as good as the sushi you get in the U.S.

I know at CTI they serve it during the International buffet...

I have had it before at CSA at the Veggie Bar. It was great. It isn't offered every day though.

I think the humidity plays a huge part in the texture, but I still enjoy many of the offerings.

Lychee at CN serves probably the best sushi I have had!! My husband is a big fan and he ordered it three times. He especially liked the eel sushi.

When we were at CSA in January, they served sushi at the International Dinner on Monday evening at The Palms. It was pretty darn good, all things considered.
