Thinking Christmas 2012 @ CTI; questions!!!

Hi there! Hoping to get some info on what goes at CTI at Christmas time. We spent Christmas 2010 at CSA and enjoyed ourselves alot(our resort of choice!) but would like to venture elsewhere to experience the " au natural" at the Island. Does Santa arrive at CTI? How are the decorations? Although I'm sure they're beautiful!
For others that have been to both CSA & CTI will we be dissapointed at CTI's beach?
THanks in advance for any help you can give us to decide on changing resorts!

We've never been at Christmas, but we are booked for Dec 23, 2012 - Jan 1, 2013 at CTI! I'm so excited, even though it's a year and a half away. My husband and I were at CSA last September and loved it. I'm a little worried about the beach at CTI based on everything I've read here, but as long as I'm not home in the cold, Missouri winter, I'm sure I'll be fine :)
