Rolled, flat, you guys are "Way Off". I like to wear 2 bathing suits, 3 pair of shorts, my long pants, and all needed shirts on the plane. That way I have all the needed room in my suit case for my diving gear. It might get alittle warm, but it's not too bad. And, no wrinkles! The tough part is the 3 pairs of shoes!

Funny! It IS a great idea! Would be a LITTLE uncomfortable... But, hey! Whatever works!
You could wear one pair of shoes and then tie the other's together and make a belt! Wearing all those clothes would certainly make your waist big enough for at least 3 pairs! Don't forget your hats... stack 'em up! Imagine how time consuming a strip search would be! Hehehe...

For my last trip, I purchased two cute drawstring/lingerie bags from Burlington Coat Factory... I first thought it would take up too much room, but they are great

I only pack lingerie/underwear and other small items in them..It actually makes my bag much neater, and easy when its time to unpack, I just put the bags in the drawer without removing the items.. I also pack a laundry bag for our dirty clothes..

No pricey space bags here, just plain zip loc that I roll the air out of to pack. Saves space, fewer wrinkled and I just pull the bags out of the suitcase and put in the drawer.

This is how we pack for RAGBRAI. This is an annual bicycle ride across the state of Iowa with fifteen to twenty thousand other bicycle nuts. Zip lock bags do save room and they keep our stuff dry when our baggage gets thrown off the truck into a puddle of water. Never entered my mind to do the same thing for Jamaica. Great idea.
