topless at CTI

I have read many reviews and I think I know the answer--but-- other than the wood dock, is topless allowed ON the beach at CTI--other than the island. Thanks

....Don't know about CTI, but was not unusual to see ladies topless on the main beach of CN.

Topless is permitted on the pier only. The island is all nude. The beach is only for clothed people.

Topless is allowed ONLY at the end of the Pier. You have to be totally nude on the island, not just topless. The beach and pool at the resort are very close to the common areas including the restaurants, so I would guess this why topless is not allowed on the beach or at the pools.
