Trip Insurance Question

We are about to book our next trip to CSA and the best price we've found so far is through the Couples website. I'm wondering about the insurance though, if I book my flight and hotel with Couples, does the insurance cover both?
Also, are there any advantages to phoning the 1-800 and booking with them or should I just book online? Usually we go through a travel agent but the prices for the summer haven't come out yet and we don't want to miss out if they go up, so we rather book soon.

We always just book online with Couples-hotel and flight and have had no problems. The insurance does not cover flight.
