Trouble with 1-800 Couples

Anyone else having trouble with calling the toll-free number? I've tried both this number and the 954-416-1280 (Miami area) number to ADD a day of vacation to our trip. I've called from two different land lines and a cell phone, all with the same results: "The number you have dialed is no longer in service. Please hang up and try your call again." or it rings once and quits. Help! I want another day in paradise!

I've also sent an online message to the customer relations department.

No problems here...just called about 1 hour ago (to confirm my reservation for Friday (YAY!!!!) and add my request for 3rd floor) and the call went through fine. After navigating the menu to reservations, I was put on hold for a minute or so and then was helped. I called 1-800-268-7537.
