For this interested I found a good way to get started on weight loss, or for those that have hit that plateau this would work for you too. It helped me kick off my weight loss to be down 12 lbs and has helped my fiance drop 7lbs in 13 days. Be careful doing that HCG garbage. Eating 500 calories a day is just stupid, even with some magical supplement. There is no magic weight loss pill, so please don't fool yourself. Stage four of this diet is "gain all weight back and start again".
Thanks for some sanity here! The hgc, sbd, lmnop diets are scary! Eat food that looks like it came from te earth, and move so you sweat! There ya go! You all got it! Keep up the good work and healthy living!
Mine is deffinately not the hcg. Its much healthier for you and is a program to help you get into proper eating habits along with giving you extra vitamins and other supplements to keep you on the right track for 24 days. So true. Back in my thirties when I weighed in the 130's , I felt that I was way too large to wear a bikini. Now, post-menopausal and at 190, I sure wish that I had enjoyed that wonderful body back then. My sentiments are that menopause is sure priof that God is not a woman!
