Weather 10/15-10/25

Really starting to not like the weather report. I do have travel insurance and am debating changing my trip.

First time to Jamaica, so not sure what to expect, but would like sun the majority of the time I am there.

The current hurricane in the Caribbean is going to go over Cuba and won't be anywhere near Jamaica so you should be fine. www.StormPulse.com isn't showing any other storms at the moment. October is in the middle of the hurricane season so there is always the risk of rain from a passing storm. But if you are looking at a 'regular' forecast, it is always going to show a chance of rain as Jamaica is in the tropics and there is always a chance of showers. They aren't all day long, but could last for a few minutes to a couple of hours. I wouldn't cancel your trip unless a hurricane suddenly shows up and then there would be travel advisories and you might not be able to go anyway.
