There was a very dry spring in the Negril area... enough that the Great Morass caught fire again (2nd year in a row). Daily highs were higher than average nearly every day last month an into May. They have, however, finally been getting some much needed "liquid sunshine".
Even so, the forecast is ALWAYS for rain at some point during the day. It is normally of brief endurance, and this time of year, it becomes a welcome relief from the heat when it happens.
Enjoy the sun (there will be some) and the rain (there MIGHT be some). Save us some rum!
