what day do you CHECK OUT and why?

We do not like to fly on the weekends, but Continental (& our frequent flyer miles) only flies one plane a week on Sat out of Newark and one plane out of Mo Bay to Newark. No choice, if we want to fly free. We used to be able to leave at 7:15, then at 8:15, now the flight is at 10. Not good for being able to have any of a first day!

We also like to fly Continental. (Don't like AJ) We are going in November and have a 7:15AM flight out of EWR (Fri.) and return the following Sunday at 12:40PM. Naturally, they have the option of revising their schedule - this happened to us last year.

Our first intitials. Your flight, I assume is not non-stop?

Both flights are non-stop. We are on Flight #1896 on Friday Nov. 9 going down (Depart EWR 7:45AM - Arrive MBO 11:57AM)and on Flight #1897 on Sunday Nov.15. (12:40PM - 4:35PM)
These flights are not scheduled all year - I think that Continental adds more flights at peak times of the year. I still prefer to work around their schedule instead of flying Air Jamaica.

When we go next year, we'll be taking the red eye late Friday night, arriving in MoBay Saturday morning around 11:15 or so. Our departure is 12 days later on a Wednesday. We booked 11 nights total (7 at CTI, 4 at CN) to max out the length of stay while sticking to our planned budget of approx $4k. I'm assuming a Wednesday departure and arrival into the U.S. won't be as congested as a typical weekend scenario, altho I'm sure it will still be a bit hectic.
