What drew us initially was couples only, all inclusive, geared to romance rather than partying. What brings us back each year is the food, the service, the beauty and uniqueness of each property (haven't been to CSA yet) and the way repeaters are treated - the dinner, the perks, the value added benefits.
How would we like to see Couples evolve? Maintain the current properties and their sizes, continue to invest in staff - if they are happy and enjoy their work, we the customers are happy. Possibly add another property or two - in Port Antonio area, Blue Mountain area - we would be interested in both. Possibly develop more formal repeaters groups around the world (am thinking of alumni groups of colleges as an example) - repeaters as ambassadors to marketing events. Develop more brand items for sale.
