What ONE thing drew you to your first Couples resort?

We haven't been to a Couples Resort yet..we are going to CN on Jan. 22nd for our first trip and we also did a day pass to CSS in Dec. just so that we would know what it was like. I stumbled upon this site while researching adults only about 5 years ago and liked what I read. Our bank account wouldn't allow us to go then but I really had the name stuck in my head as somewhere I really wanted to try. SO, this spring when it went on sale, we bit the bullet and booked it. We are so excited to go!! The feeling at CSS when we were there for a day pass was awesome and we can't wait to get the whole experience at CN!!

I was drawn to Couples because of it being AI, couples only, and all the inclusions. I was drawn to CTI by the pictures. Something about it really did call to me. While waiting for our trip I read the message board daily lol. Listening to people talk I started to think maybe I should have picked CSS. We did trading places to CSS while at CTI and I was sooooo glad we were at CTI. It really was the perfect fit for us!

We had been to S a few times and were getting tired of the mostly immature crowd that acted up especially at the bars. We were looking for another adult all- inclusive and looked into Couples Swept Away. We were looking for a great beach and a more low key resort. Boy- did we find it at CSA!!!. Going back for our 6th time in 6 years. I think I have talked my husband into going to Couples Negril for a day...I think...but then I thought so last year. CSA is so relaxing and the staff is so welcoming you do not want to leave even for a few hours.

We first went to Tower Isle Hotel for our honeymoon in 1971. We fell in love with Jamaica but spent six years traveling to other countries. In 1978 we decided to go back to Jamaica and our travel agent recommended an all inclusive in Ocho Rios. We went not knowing that it was the same resort transformed from Tower Isle to Couples Ocho Rios. On January 13, 2011 we will return for the Couples Ocho Rios Charity Golf Tournament and our 75th visit to Couples.
