On occasions Randy has offered resort credits for certain booking windows. Also with Romance Rewards program you can get resort credit depending on you level.

If it were us we would get scuba certified! Wish we had your dilemma! We have used our credits in the past on spa treatments/massages and gift shop purchases/gifts. When we were last at Couples we couldn't use the credits for scuba

Sunfun, they do offer a sunset cruise at the watersports hut but it is extra. I'm not sure of the details but I saw a sign on the side of the building. Check it out at css.

Oh yes CSS do a champagne cruise. Everytime you are around the water sports someone is always asking you to do the cruise. It was $90 per couple so we paid $180 for the four of us. It really was worth the money. I might even pay for it next time! Enjoy, Wish it was me

In fact I thought night dives and excursions were a "no". How did you swing this since CSS doesn't even offer a champagne cruise? That would be fabulous!
To expand on what Softail19 explained, there are different types of excursions that you can take advantage of but cost extra. Some are offered directly by Couples and can be charged to your room and resort credits can be used. The champagn cruise is one of these. There are also off resort excursions that can be purchased at the Excursion Desk. These are operated by outside vendors for the benefit of Couples guests. Thes can NOT be charged to your room and therefore resort credits may not be applied.

By the way, which of the resorts offer a champagne cruise? We might be interested in this.

So sounds like most of you guys are buying the gift shop up so sounds like there wouldnt be much left in the gift shop?? Am I wrong? Have any of you been in the gift shop when there wasnt much merchandise to look at? We will be getting 300 at each resort and that is 3 resorts and I guess I'm so afraid we will get there and they will be out of everything and there will only be those sizes of things that's either teenie weenie or giant!! I know this sounds silly but was just curious!!!

I don't think that I saw anyone mention NIGHT SNORKELING. We've never done it, but might give it a try this time around.

My wife did night snorkeling and I went on the boat (I'm no fool).
It was scary....they shut off the lights on the boat & swim away. I didn't know if I'd ever see her again....LOL
But she said it was really cool once you got used to it.

The gift shops are always jam-packed with a huge selection, both in sizes and types of souvenirs. But, you MUST plan on some Sangster's Rum Cream (the banana is to die for) and some of the jerk seasonings. Walker's Wood Las Lick Jerk Seasoning comes in a hot sauce size bottle and is one of the best snack condiments on the planet. I put it on Triscuits. Although, I AM a Husker fan, so you may want a second opinion

Couples bathing suits in October, hats in April. I live in bathing suits and t-shirts and the ONLY bathing suits I wear are from the CSA gift shop. Being in South Florida, a hat is a must. The green Couples hat lasts about a year, so it gets replaced when I go each April. The bathing suits last a couple of years; actually the ones I have now are from October 2009 and they need to be replaced.

Being as we are not coffee drinkers. We bought beach towels in the gift shop for us to use at home but also as Christmas gifts. I also bought beach bags and put the towels in it. Hubby got a bathing suit and shirts to wear to dinner and I got a massage every other day. I always think that I won't find something to spend it on but I do.
