When to book for 2013?

Randy has alluded to relseasing 2013 rates/deals today. I was just wondering when would be the best time to book for June 2013. We are planning to get married at CSA and would need between 8-12 rooms.

I just sent out a mass email to all my friends to get them to book for next fall (2013) and I called the 800# to confirm that the promotion would apply. Well, it doesn't and this is the first time I haven't been able to do this. I hope the early booking special is just as enticing because we have many friends that would like to go in 2013. Why did that policy change this year?????
