    Default When to Pre Check-in?

I have Romance Rewards and I was just wondering - how far in advance should you do the pre check-in? We'll be arriving at CSA next Friday the 12th (Yay!)

how do you do this? we arrive at CN on April 17th, and since the resort is at full capacity, I am hoping to make sure we at least get a 2nd or 3rd floor room.

I do mine a week ahead. I feel like if I do it too early, it'll get buried or lost or something.

A review to anyone in RR program... it offers a "pre-checkin" service to members, which accomplishes nothing more than express your preference of repeaters' welcome home gift. Nothing to get excited about, but a very nice touch, in our opinion.

You don't make your room requests when you pre-check in. The purpose of the pre-check in is for repeat guests to specify which repeat gifts they want. There is no where on the form to place requests.

If you do have a request for a room, do that at the resort when you check in.

For the welcome gift "Bottle of sparkling wine and confectionery", what is the confectionary?

Pre check-in has nothing to do with your room. It's only to have your Romance Reward (aka repeater) perks ready when you get to the resort.

In this case, typically an assortment of chocolates.

I have heard of people that did pre-check in too early and the paper work was lost in the shuffle. A week before you go should be fine.

What do they do for first-timers? You don't specify your gift---it just has you check 1st timers.

I'm just curious as to what people have chosen for their welcome gift?

First timers don't get a gift since it's only for repeaters. But, you will get gifts on your next trip! First timers can take advantage of the Trading Places program though.

Since we can get sparkling wine at the bar and chocolates at a restaurant, we went with the t-shirts again this year. We have the oils and candles still leftover from one trip that we never opened.

We got the t shirts last year, but we really loved the oil and candle, so we went with that again this year.
